Click on the ‘My Account’ option located in the top toolbar of our website. You will be prompted to enter your Username and Password.

Log in to the ‘My Account’ area of our website. Select the ‘Your Orders’ option to view a summary of your orders. Click on any order to view its details.

Log in to the ‘My Account’ area of our website. Select the ‘Edit Your Details’ option and update your information as needed.

Log in to the ‘My Account’ area of our website. Select the ‘Change Password’ option and enter your new password.

Unfortunately, once an account has been created, it is not possible to change your username.

Your username is generally your email address unless you’ve changed it. If you’re unable to find it, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

For security reasons, your password is encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone but you. Click the ‘Lost your password?’ option on the login screen to receive a password reset link via email.
Once received, we recommend logging into the ‘My Account’ area and resetting the password to one of your choice.
