We offer three convenient payment methods – Cash (Cheque) or Cash (Bank Transfer).

The exciting part! Once we’ve received and verified your devices, we promise to process your payment the same day!* You will receive an email confirming that your payment has been sent.
*Please note: This applies Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Same-day payment doesn’t apply to orders received after 2pm or in cases beyond our control.

We send all payments via 1st class post and direct Bank transfer. If your payment hasn’t arrived within 5 days, it may have been delayed in transit. Please reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll issue a replacement payment.

You can deposit your cheque at any UK bank where you have an account. It typically takes around 3 working days to clear.

Yes, we can issue a replacement cheque for you.
However, please note that a £6.00 charge will apply, which will be deducted from the cheque amount. This fee covers the cost we incur from our bank for cancelling the lost cheque.
