What if my device works but has a broken screen?
Replacing a broken screen can be costly. However, depending on other factors, we may still be able to offer some value for the device.
Is my device working if the battery is flat?
Yes, as long as the device is functional in other ways. Once we receive it, we attempt to charge devices using chargers and wireless chargers.
How do I delete my personal data from my handset/device?

What must I include with my device?
We like to keep things straightforward, but some devices need extra items to ensure we can offer the quoted value. Here’s what we need for different devices:
- Mobile phones and Tablets: Just the device itself.
- MacBooks/Laptops, Smartwatches, and Nintendo Switch Lite: Please include the charger.
- Nintendo Switch: We’ll need the charger, dock, joy cons, and wrist straps.
- Games Consoles: A genuine controller and power cables are required.
Do I need to include the charger or accessories?
We require certain peripherals, as mentioned in our terms and conditions and the “What Must I Include” section. Other accessories are not necessary for achieving the offered value and cannot be returned if sent with your device.
How can I tell the condition of my phone?
For detailed information on grading, please refer to our terms and conditions to see the specific requirements for each device.
What if my device is not on your list?
Our list features over 3000 mobile phones and 1000 other device types, and it’s always growing. If your device isn’t listed, don’t worry! Please contact us to request its addition or get a quote (if we can offer one).
Does my device color affect the price?
To keep things simple, we offer the same price regardless of the device’s colour.
Do I get a higher price for a new device?
Our “Excellent” pricing applies to new devices as well, so you’ll get the same price for a new or well-maintained device.
What if my device is blocked or stolen?
If your device is blocked, it’s likely been reported as lost or stolen, and we do not purchase blocked devices. If you’re the rightful owner of a blocked device, we recommend contacting your service provider to have the device unblocked.
What if my device is network locked?
We accept network-locked devices and will still pay the full value.
