What happens to my phone(s)?
Most of the phones we receive are receycled in developing markets such as China, Africa, Pakistan, and India. This helps bring better and more widespread communications to these regions.
Do I pay for postage when sending my phone(s)?
We offer several FREE postage options for your convenience. We also provide Tracked Returns, allowing you to send up to 2 phones or devices at no charge. If you’re selling more than 2 devices, you can place multiple sales of up to 2 devices each. You can also print your own label or use the QR code at no cost.

While we offer free postage, we cannot be held responsible for lost items. We recommend using registered post for high-value devices, which costs between £3 – £6.

IMPORTANT! If you are trading in 10 or more phones in a single order, you will receive a free courier collection or drop-off service.
What must I include with my handset?
To keep things simple, we only need the handset and its battery. No other accessories are required.
What if my phone is blocked?
If your phone is blocked, it likely means it has been reported as lost or stolen. We do not purchase blocked devices. If you are the rightful owner of a blocked device, please contact your service provider to have it unblocked.
What if my phone is Network locked?
We accept network-locked phones and pay the full quoted value for them.
Do you accept fake/counterfeit phones?
We do not accept counterfeit phones. These devices are illegally produced and can be dangerous to use. If your device is a counterfeit, we will not be able to process it. Counterfeit devices are often made to look like popular models such as iPhones, Samsung phones, and others.
Do you accept stolen phones?
We do not accept stolen phones. All phones we receive are checked through a crime protection database to ensure they have not been reported as stolen or barred.
