How Do I Send My Device? (1-9 Devices – Post)
Once you’ve placed your online sell order, you can choose one of two options to send your device:
- Request a Sales Pack: This includes a delivery note, packaging instructions, and a postal bag. Simply follow the packaging and posting instructions, and then send your device using one of the available postage methods.
- Print Your Own Label: Print your label, follow the packaging instructions, and send your device using your chosen postage method.
How Do I Send My Device? (10+ Devices – Courier)
For orders with 10 or more devices, you have the following options:
- Use a Prepaid QR Code or print your own label.
- For higher-value items, we can arrange a collection from your address.
I’ve Placed an Online Order but Haven’t Received My Sales Pack
After placing your order, we’ll send your sales pack within 48 hours. If it’s been 5 days and you still haven’t received it, it might have been lost in transit. Please confirm your address is correct and reach out to us to request a replacement pack.
Do I Pay for Postage When Sending My Device?
We offer several free postage options, including prepaid QR codes, labels, sales packs, and a collection service from your address. If your device is of higher value, you can choose to pay for Special Delivery, which ensures coverage for the package up to £750. For more details, please refer to our posting instructions.
Please note, we cannot take responsibility for lost devices. We recommend using Special Delivery for high-value devices (around £3–£6) for added security.
Important! If you’re trading in 10 or more devices in one order, you’ll receive a free courier drop-off or collection service.
Do I Need to Send the Charger or Accessories?
For smartwatches, laptops, or consoles, please send any required accessories. For other devices, we only need the handset with its battery.
Do I Need to Send the SIM Card with My Device?
No, there’s no need to send your SIM card. Please make sure it’s removed before sending. We are not liable for any charges incurred from your SIM card.
Do I Need to Send the Memory Card with My Device?
No, we only require the handset and its battery. Memory cards are not necessary.
How Should I Package My Device?
Ensure the battery is inside the device and that it’s turned off. Pack the device securely in a box. Do not send accessories or the original box, as we cannot return these items. For laptops, consoles, and smartwatches, include the charger.
Secure the device to prevent accidental activation, and place the box with the delivery note inside the postal bag, sealing it securely.
Please refer to the packaging instructions for additional details.
