How Do I View My Orders?
To view your orders, simply log in to the ‘My Account’ area on our website.Select the ‘Your Orders’ option to access a summary of your orders. Click on any order to view its details.
How Long Is My Order Valid For?
Your order is valid for 14 days from the date marked ‘Order Processed.’ This is the day we send you the confirmation and FREEPOST bag.
While you have 14 days, we recommend sending your device to us as soon as possible. This way, you’ll reduce the risk of your order expiring, and the sooner you’ll receive payment!
What If I Get the Model or Condition Wrong?
If you notice a mistake in your order, please reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll gladly correct it.
If, upon receiving your device(s), we find discrepancies in the model, condition, or quantity, we will update your order and send you a revised offer. You will have 14 days to accept the updated offer, or you can have the revised device(s) returned to you at no extra cost.
Should you need images or an inspection report at this stage, don’t worry—it’s available on request. Feel free to contact customer support for assistance.
I Sent My Memory/SIM Card with My Phone. Can I Have It Returned?
Unfortunately, we cannot return Memory or SIM cards. As we process thousands of phones daily, all handsets are automatically stripped of their cards upon arrival to ensure a fast service. Once the cards are removed, recovery is not possible.
What Happens If I Forgot to Include the Delivery Note?
If you forget to include the delivery note with your device(s), it’s not a problem as long as you provided the IMEI/Serial number(s) in your order. Our system can locate your order using the handset’s IMEI/Serial number.
Please note, though, that forgetting the delivery note may cause delays in processing your order.
